Watermarked Notebook For Writers

A notebook designed around a wonderfully nerdy idea: the ruling should help while you write, then visually get out of the way.

Information Architects uses subtle watermarked guidelines in smooth Japanese paper, so darker handwriting takes visual precedence and the lines seem to recede. The book opens flat, handles fountain pens beautifully and is hand-bound in Japan. It is an unusually thoughtful answer to the very ordinary question of where to put an idea before it disappears.
