Join us for a morning in the Mercer Studio devoted to setting a beautiful Thanksgiving table, without making it all too precious.
We’ll demonstrate a variety of floral ideas for the table, from centerpieces and bud vases to small botanical details for each place setting, sharing simple techniques and thoughtful touches you can recreate at home.
You’ll leave with plenty of inspiration, plus a napkin ring kit made with a mix of dried botanicals, including lavender grown just down the road at Lavender Bluff Farm in Stockholm.
And because planning a Thanksgiving table is better with something to nibble on, each guest will enjoy a petite charcuterie box from our neighbors at The Palate.

What's included in the workshop fee?
All flower workshops include flowers, a vessel and tools to use onsite. Guided design instruction and technical details are provided by Amy, a florist with many years of experience.
How long does the workshop last?
Typically, our floral workshops last around one hour - but it depends on the group.
Can I bring a friend/spouse/child?
Our workshop space is limited and you can make one arrangement per workshop ticket.
Do you offer private instruction for individuals or groups?
We do! We offer similar workshops that can be customized for your group (retreat weekend, bachelorette party, family vacation, or corporate off-sites. More details here.
What if I have to cancel?
If for some reason you are unable to attend, you will receive a store credit for another class date that works or to use in the shop.
